I got suite for 2 nights, loved it. The location was ideal, not very far from The Valentine Museum.

Staff was friendly and location was good.
Booked a non-smoking room, but initial room assignment had heavy smoke smell so had to change. "Hope you had a pleasant stay" message left on phone, at 1045 pm resulting in blinking red light that woke me up at 0300. Parking fees should be complementary.

It was an unusual and comfortable hotel in a downtown area, really close to the shopping center, and Downtown and Good Value. I had the king room which was spacious and huge with a double setup for.
Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.
